You tar with a broad brush when you say 'the blacks blame....', without qualification.
THE point is that after slavery Jim Crow laws predominated throughout the old confederacy, denying the right to vote, and many other civil rights, to blacks for the next 100 years.
Took federal law to restore the rights that briefly existed during Reconstruction.
Wrap your mind around that accurate and far more salient history.
That you didn't know it suggests that CRT is not without merit.
