The answer to that is obvious.
Do you want to turn the company over to a group that claims they don't have conflicts of interest, but in fact many have large stakes in IncellDX which is filing patent claims on CYDY's intellectual property? and which further now ADMITS that they want to use IncellDX to do testing for them -- proceeds from which would directly benefit these "dissenting shareholders"? and also, people who say they want to drop the COVID treatment clinical trials, when they're on the verge of being completed?....
or, do you prefer not to have your investment stolen from you, so you stick with current management?
