So, this Lois and Henry "Robert" Schielke couple are around 80yo. Is this the same couple who claim they invested their entire retirement into CYDY?
I've found out that Henry goes by his middle name "Robert". Their son is a Robert Schielke....oh...and he's a real piece of work too.. but that's for another day.
Looks like the elder Robert Schielke is an officer of a group called "RH INVESTMENT CLUB, LLC".

Wonder what kind of "investment advice" that group is sharing amongst themselves that drives them to filing lawsuits? Maybe that's their "investment advice" .... to minimally invest in a pre-revenue bio-tech and then sue those companies over some perceived technical infraction and hope for some out of court settlement.
BTW, as of just now...there's no such case in the system. Just that one law360 article hidden behind a paywall.
