The biggest worry I have is the corruptness of certain individuals at the SEC.  As an example Ants Software was halted now revoked just before their big news was to be released.  I've seen it too many times and the SEC seems to be working for any entity that wants to destroy a stock whether its a competitor or one of their crony too big to fail banks.
