I expect a flurry of PRs and activity starting in Q4 (early October) based on what you said. Waiting till Oct 1 keeps the books nice and tidy.
Some will say, what about the quiet period? Well what about it? The purpose is to not give away anything that happened in Q3 until those results are revealed. If Q3 is like Q2 then there is nothing to not reveal.
I'd like to point out that a partner of ours that starts with an A is on the same fiscal calendar we are. Between end of Q2 and when they reported on July 29 they had 6 PRs. So if we just PR new things then we can have all the news we want. SEC won't say anything at all. IMO.
