2 Billion dose donation of China's very low efficacy (crap) vaccines is not going to be very useful. $100 million donation to Covax is a joke from the country that allegedly started the pandemic.

Let's face it, until the #completevaccine (Trademark pending) is ready, poor countries are going to have a hard time getting their hands on a decent vaccine or any vaccine at all.

Then again, maybe Xi Jinping is counting on the Complete Vaccine to save the day...one can dream!
