Very similar to a lot of my posts over the past 4 months. I am not an NP sycophant. I am not paid by anybody for anything right now....I am retired. 13d'ers have been trying to stir up a lot of longs and cause them to think about where we are and what can we possibly gain by a major shakeup in management or our BOD when we are finally close to being a revenue producing company that can pay its bills without adding debt or number of shares.
I have previously stated that NP is a man of this time. He is the visionary who rescued this molecule and has by sheer force of will, seemingly nurtured it with funding, assembled the best team possible at specific moments, based on talent able and willing, reformed and re-staffed as necessary to keep us on the path to success. He is an ENTREPREUNER, not a manager.
He will know when his time has passed. In my estimation, that time will come after we get a few major approvals and our future is secure. He will hand over the reins to someone who will manage the growth to maturity.
TIMING matters....changing CEO at this stage is far too risky.
