Here's something else that may be of interest to us as Balsam Technologies out of Canada has also been noted on this board in the past... still unclear if and how UNVC may be associated... but on 9/21 FINRA has a name change for it:

When you click on the link above you will not be able to see anything but TODAY's listing ... so you have to put in the date the Balsam change was listed which is 9/20:
