Assuming that HIV combo and COViD are the fist Dominos, my priority list would be:
1) Long Haulers ph3
2a) mTNBC
2b) Cancer basket trial
3) HIV mono
4) Nash
1 and 2a and 2b will mean so much to the world, I just want them to keep going forward and get approvals, so it can really improve quality of life for millions.
