Friend's wife getting her 5th injection of Leronlimab tomorrow but still experiencing extreme fatigue, weakness, and nausea. Tumor is 1.6 inch on pancreas, .4 inch on right lobe of liver and stent seems to be in place and functional. Below are the exceptions from her bloodwork:

Any thoughts on why the nausea and weakness?
She took 2 weeks off from Leronlimab thinking that it might be the cause, but that didn't help.
She's not getting much help from her doctors which is why I'm asking.
