Maybe actionable after the 24th release...
As stated for every week of economic shut down it takes 3-4 weeks to restore production and supplies. While the United States can endure most nations can not. 30 days and done is 4 weeks. 4X4=16 + 4 that started it = 20/ 4 = 5 months.
5 months means Billions dead worldwide from starvation.
as in our Asian Pacific war of WWII. Sometimes there comes a time that it is better to NUC them than continuing to play Chess.
