Actually, it doesn't speak anything unless they come out with a statement. As much as I am again frustrated, unless someone officially comes out with a statement, nothing is proven. So, unless you know something personally as to why some money hasn't been paid, we don't know anything on what is going on with the deal.

That being said, up to July, NGIO went through all the hoops to put in the IND, so they met all the steps. So, per Joe and others at Generex / NGIO, there should have been no reason that the IND would not have been put in. Which again begs the question as to why we have not heard anything and to why we have not seen any movement from Bintai and from in China.
