hylander - the glaring answer is that before any government can approve or disapprove, there has to be a drug submitted for approval. In response to those who would ask/have asked why would someone (China) pay $3M for something that does not exist, I would say that there are a fair number of us who have paid a significant amount to invest in this company when we have seen nothing of what was promised, either, so I am unimpressed with that rationale.
