Can someone explain if my knowledge of locked float is wrong?
I thought locked float just meant shares were locked from insiders selling.
I guess it could also be no one is willing to sell, but that does not seem to be the case. For some reason Level II is not working for me today so I can't see much of what people are asking and bidding. But I do see 250K shares with an ask of .083.
