Reputation Brazil….has its own way of doing things, especially when money is involved. Fraud is getting under control but money under the table is still normal.
This should not matter. Once Stat Sig is realized for both trials, others countries can potentially give approvals. I believe this is EXACTL what MHRA, Health Canada, Mexico etc are waiting for.
