I called the compliance # Monday and got a rather stern lady. Can't say as I blame her. She reiterated they DO NOT talk to the public in compliance. She warned me that they have been taking a lot of calls and they are no longer being very nice it seems.

However she confirmed that even though it is normally 3-5 days they are running behind due to all of the last minute filers. I look at the tier changes on OCTM every day and the dates of filings they are working range from 9/7 through Monday. IMO they should get to our stuff at the latest 3 or 4 business days from now. I am expecting it any day.
