It doesn’t matter as much if you have a lot of cases of you do not have a lot of ACTIVE sites.
The US sites were not actively recruiting for quite a while due to other trials, lack of follow up by CRO or company etc.
What remains to be seen is if this will change in Brazil.
We hope it will - there are a lot of sites in a smaller county with still a lot of cases
I think it will be faster (ie more patients per week) than in the US.
