Possibly just CYDY waiting for first IV injection to announce it in a PR, as opposed to ANVISA clearing things for the trial to begin. If it's me, I would wait for the first injection so there is no question at all as to an unexpected hangup before the first patient is injected. Either way, it doesn't really matter as long as the trial begins. PRs are great, but they are meaningless without trial success anyway.
