Here is my question: If they have a problem on the FDA / SEC side maybe, why doesn't the Chinese FDA equivalent in China step up to the plate and approve on their side and just deliver results and they just develop over there and market over in Asia and sell over there. The market is much bigger there than in the US and once proven there, they can then get approval here easier and they can also sell in South America, etc..
