docj - you are making the assumption that the SEC actually is "making a deep dive" into the company. Who started that rumor? Clearly, it is a rumor, because there is no way to prove that it is or is not happening, as the SEC will neither confirm nor deny. So once again, shareholders are given excuse #2 - It's someone else's fault - and folks have picked up that ball and run with it. I just want to know why you, or anyone else on this or any other board, believes that explanation for a hot second. Is it because it sounds good? Is it because you would hate to consider what the real reason is if not that? Is it the most convenient excuse, that uses the least analysis? Is it something else?

I can't recall who it was that said "if you repeat something enough, people will begin to believe it." Well, looks that principle is at work once again. This is no different from saying "Complete Vaccine' over and over, and now people use that moniker like it's a real thing, when it is not.
