I guess I am just looking for clarity, from someone in the know. Misiu is concerned for a good reason. Her son responded quickly, and improved to the point of no longer needing hospitalization. However, he still required more doses after discharge.

We have excellent people, on this board, that know more about this, than I do. To me, it seems that this leaves an opportunity for a problem, depending on how the patient responds, how crowded the hospital is and how attentive the staff are. If they are discharged, the treatment stops.
