But, wouldn't that merely "entrench" the current BOD, 2 of which are resigning upon the election occurring?
Wouldn't it be easier for the courts to allow the vote to go on without the R/P Group and if they win the appeal, to have a revote?
How does blocking the election, along with an extended delay to allow the appeal solve anything?
Does anyone know how long an appeal from a Delaware Court of Chancery to a Delaware Court of Appeal takes from filing to decision?
