I don't think we'll get an EUA until interim results. With very good results I would expect a fast EUA in Brazil and probably an even faster EUA in the Philippines. With someone close to Duterte getting leronlimab there's a very small possibility of government funding to buy it. Which would be dependent on what's in it for them.
