After reading the resolution leading to the settlement of the lawsuit. There is only one thought coming to mind…

Them dirty liars have gifting companies? 70 gifters that are apparently anonymous for the most part. All though there is 30 pages of admissions of conflicts of interest and admission of not being truthful from the 13d group. Will they list the gifters? What does this say?
Born Liars that don’t deserve your vote. They are trying to screw the investors and that much is very obvious. They still believe their untruthfulness is still electable apparently. I hope the Judge rules on October 6th that they were caught in their spin of lies and rules that they didn’t fill out the bylaws accurately and will not be rewarded for their admission that they just settled. Then boldly tell them better luck next year if you decide to try this again… lol
That’s my wish going forward… it really is amazing that a group like this can even get on a ballot. The Judge has to see this for what it is and has been all along.
