So, one of the buyers of the IncellDX convertible notes is Jeffrey Weiner. I live in the neighborhood, so this always makes me think of the genius behind LinkedIn, which is located near IncellDX headquarters.
But, a google search gives other credible options:
1. Partner (Lawyer) at Steptoe (in Los Angeles) - focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions
2. CEO at Marcum LLP (very large CPA firm focused on entertainment industry)
I figure that Evil knows a little something about the two firms listed above.
I guess it could be just any old Jeffrey Weiner, with no interesting connection to this entire saga.
Just musing.
