You show exactly why you can't be trusted. I ask a serious question whether there is any problem with an S-1 and you don't answer my question, you make up an answer about not doing an S-1.
You know an S-1 is the only solution to getting back to trading, you know Squires is doing the S-1 but you deflect to avoid it's the only solution and Squires is doing it.
One of your previous arguments was "it's hard to do an S-1". So what? We should quit trying?
Ramifications for current shareholders is infinitely better with an S-1 than present situation. Logic.
