The following is total rubbish:
As someone else stated, (credit: Drano), there cannot be new board nominees because they would be UNTIMELY. The deadline has long past.
The nominees will be the SAME. As I asked previously, if you disagree with this comment, please provide us with the relevant portion of any of their SEC filings that says there will be new BOD nominees.
No one has accepted the challenge so I assume my reading is correct.
