The company was catching up submitting 10-Qs. The SEC delisted QMC for their reasons.
You keep putting in lies and your opinion like they're fact. That's why it's never over with you. Get a shrink and tell them all your woes.

The submitted 10Qs were to catch up to current, and yes, Squires was catching up on the Qs. Your BS is "Squire's did not find it within his ability to do that".
I think it great, in context, to get to do an S-1, instead of piecemeal quarterlies, for a number of reasons. That's where we're at. All your whining won't change that.
