Question for the board. Not actual legal advice, I understand.
When does it become illegal to coordinate a stock purchasing drive?
I may be in a position to purchase say, 1789 shares a day for 1776 days. Is it illegal for me to ask others to time their purchases around mine in an attempt to drive the 13Disaster aside or otherwise regain lost share price?
For instance, can I say on Oct. 1, lets all go crazy and buy a gazillion shares to drive the SP up? I read that painting the tape is bad.
