I think you have it backwards. They are the remaining ones left of the group. They are the ones that are continuing to do the "interfering," as you say.
They jettisoned the rest of the group because they don't believe they need them any longer and the others are unduly complicating the matter for themselves.
These three are the ones that claim to have nominated the new board slate, these three are the ones remaining.
And, these three are the ones that are pumping their new BOD slate, including Patterson, by continually asking that you return the WHITE card.
