How does the Gang of 3 think that they can nominate their own slate of Board candidates? Did they invent a time machine so they can go back and meet the deadline for nominations, as stipulated in CYDY's By-Laws?

I have a little news for them -- if they have a time machine, they should monetize that, instead of trying to take CYDY from the shareholders.
