You probably saw the post a few days ago from I think Evil, who reposted from another board -- can't vouch for its accuracy -- a note saying Rosenbaum, Beatty, and I think Errico had sold (in total) over 300,000 shares EXACTLY at $10 last June. This was notable not only because the drop was triggered by massive 1-share sells exactly at $10, but also because the share price only lasted at $10 for something like 20 seconds. We hit 10, the 13d boys sold hundreds of thousands of shares, and it dropped like a rock, all within seconds.
Was it choreographed? If it did happen, it probably was. And what does that say? That Rosenbaum, Beatty and Errico (maybe) quite possibly knew the drop would happen and were working with the conspirators.
Could be coincidence. More likely, not.
