Reading the debate over "who won" in this settlement, and acknowledging the generally accepted "That's the nature of a settlement. -- each side gets something....", it occurs to me that we the shareholders won and won big.
Absent management hiring this powerhouse law firm, we would not now know the truth about Patterson et al. Too many issues for me to boringly relate, but IMHO, the are exposed. The supporters they do have will get louder and louder, leading up to the actual vote. The company's best response is to be letter perfect in everything they do in the remaining weeks.
Best thing for this company would be to have a steady stream of positive results that are verifiable and are professionally presented.
