Regarding the patent applications by Bruce, he should have signed something when he first started working for Cydy that all of his work belonged to Cydy and not him. You’re saying that he has withdrawn his patent applications regarding Cydy due to the settlement which is great, but is there anyway he or incelldx can prevail in any way regarding his patent applications going forward or is this a nonissue now? I’m not worried about 13D but this patent issue is concerning. Please give us all you know about it and set our minds at ease. Thanks!
