First, and most importantly, "golf" is no a verb. One knows you are a hacker just from the sentence "you have never golfed with me."
Secondly, your dichotomy here isn't entirely accurate:
Maybe there is a third possibility. The question is "Who looks like a complete liar and/or criminal now?" Because Patterson not only tried to steal the company's rights to their drug by patenting it, he also now admits that he tried to foist off Incell -- which has a realistic value of exactly $10 million -- onto Cytodyn for $350 million. And admits that he then lied about the asking price.
And then, to boot, a whole bunch more people with interest in Incell have now been found to be behind the 13ders. The entire attempt to overturn the management of CYDY now looks like an Incell project. How do we unload this damn company for a 35x profit? It is, simply put, a scam.
And so your crush on Patterson is the actual reason you are FOR the 13d group? To me, he looks like a really superb reason to avoid it. Install the man who tried to steal the company's drug and its money as CMO?
