To me it sounds like CytoDyn and the 13D group are jointly requesting dismissal.
Then a bunch of disclosures will go on the proxy about all parties involved.
And if there's a controlling vote by 13D participants that get voted onto the BOD they pick up Patterson as CMO.
I wonder what juicy items came out on both sides of the house in deposition that made them go...."Welllll....if you put it that way.....".
