Michigan has been very European socialist for a long time...
Every 10-16 years they risen and repeat ...aka pull the rug and those established clean up on $$$...
Last rug pull here was 2006-2010 so they are right on schedule...
I was just on the edge of established ... last cycle and got burned.
Taxes and cost are going through the roof....Corporate's are buying up all the rentals they can get their hands on and building what they can't buy.
It's going to be a lot uglier this time...imho
