Got to give the mamagement team at CYDY credit. They actually informed shareholders of SEC and DOJ investigations. It is my understanding they didn't have to disclose the information based on the phase and type of investigation but they chose to alert investors all the same.
Companies, especially those on the OTC wanting to be taken seriously, have to be very careful and do the right thing.
