For anyone wondering if we are able to search anywhere to find out if an IND has been submitted, here is part of a response I received from the FDA:
"Due to confidentiality laws, FDA cannot divulge or discuss information related to applications that may or may not have been submitted to the Agency. All information on an unapproved application or investigational application is confidential and belongs to the manufacturer/sponsor of the application. You may contact the sponsor directly with questions."
