Guys I have to work but the S1 has been approved by NASDAQ. The only holdup is the SEC investigation which is basically keeping them from doing the listing. I believe that the company will be requesting an exemption from this current investigation to do the IPO. I don't know if they will get this but to their credit the three previous investigations were all cleared so I believe (and pray) that they will get this. I am down over 4.5 million dollars in this company and I am making sure that what I found out is in the public domain.
