Will not be a DIRECT impact on market, because of what you say about not being offered on open market, but these are accredited (supposedly well heeled and knowledgeable), so it will be noticed.
Looks to me like this is another piece of our team's chess board approach to filling the gap as they line up revenues that will build and soon put any thoughts or rumors of financial ruin to bed for good.
