That is simply untrue. In the upper midwest, Minnesota's ICU's are 95% full because overflow patients from the Dakotas, Iowa, and Wisconsin are sent in. I have a friend whose cancer surgery has been postponed because they don't know if they have an ICU bed for him.

It infuriates me to see people making utterly untrue claims about areas based on some COVID-denier "news" source.
