Well, first off, NASDAQ doesn't approve the IND, the FDA does. So, that was incorrect. Also, as Doc asked, has Bintai provided the millions in funding if the IND has been approved as per the deal?
If the IND was approved, trials would begin, which there is not anything listed in the trials under ClinicalTrials, so NGIO has not begun anything as of yet.
