This assessment is inaccurate. It ignores the sequence of events that must take place before each of the expected or planned items can materialize. e.g. myflix will launch after the Form 10, and the Form-10 (although ready-to-go) will be filed after the legal cases are addressed. This sequence has always been clear in news and blogs. Legal, F10, S1, myflix, uplist to OTCQB, then big movies.
