It has already happened, as you stated and we all know (most of us), and nothing more will change until RMHB is current again. Once they're current again the restrictions will cease. The 28th was anticipated by most of us as the date the restrictions would occur, but several of the big brokerage houses like ETrade imposed restrictions earlier than what they first indicated. They have that right. I think Paul's note says it all, and I agree with him 100%.
