In my humble opinion I believe you are wrong and reading way too much in QMC app being removed from Pasaca and Innova websitrs
The app is no longer in play because theUnited States did not approve Innova’s test so there was no market for the app.
While in the UK the government provided its own free app for their citizens taking away the Market from the QMC app.
Based on the PR it appears that the current project QMC is concentrating on is what Pasaca hired QMC for.
Therefore I believe Innova and Pasaca are still very much in play at this time.
