I think what they should do is create a reality TV show with various small time hungry mining companies competing for a piece of the copper pie. Television exposure, actual mining and maybe some money flowing.. Maybe Willy can do this in Chile as well. Hey. He's become an expert in doing nothing.. Why not try a different approach.
