the universe in which the company gets clear instructions not to make any public announcements in order not to compromise their current application with the SEC (likely related to the IPO, and/or because they are close to the approval of their UND application, which they should not anticipate and make potentially false claims about FDA's decision, but having to wait for it to be made public by the FDA itself)
