Well, it was and it wasn't...if everything had been filled out correctly to start with, OTC wouldn't have been *able* to nitpick. I'm obsessive about details in legal documents, and I'm not even an atty. "A lot of work" isn't an excuse for shoddy workmanship. If you can't do it right, don't take it on.
