Received an email from Thomas Errico “ dear me, Paul rosenbaum asked me to reach out to see if you would consider a contribution to our proxy fight. You may know that I am a candidate on the bod slate. I have contributed $57500 to the fight so far. Let me explain why I felt comfortable with that. The money to me is a hedge investment. If Nader pulls a rabbit out of the hat and the stock goes up significantly, we’ll then I’m thrilled. Personally, I think Nader stays at the helm our investments are going to be worthless. If we replace him and the bod, our investment are valuable in my opinion. If you would consider sending up to $57500, it would be a big help and protect your original investment.”
Needless to say I will not be going to Paul’s Christmas party (probably will suck as he will be writing a big Christmas check to his attorney.
